Renewals. Doux it.
Renewals pulled ninety days out, exposures updated and remarketed when the premium moves. Renewal automation for independent insurance agencies.
The renewal lands thirty days out. Nobody looked. The premium jumped. The client finds out from the bill. Then from a competitor.
Ninety days out, the file is pulled. Exposures updated. Remarketed if the number moves. The client hears from you first.
How it runs.
- Works every expiration in the book.
- Pulls the file ninety days out and asks the client what changed.
- Compares renewal to expiring: premium, limits, deductibles, forms, new exclusions.
- Remarkets when the premium moves past your threshold.
- Puts the options in front of you. You choose. It sends.
What it touches.
Why it matters.
Renewals are where agencies win or lose the book. The client who gets a surprise increase thirty days out is the client who takes a call from a competitor.
Most agencies know this and still run renewals late. Expirations hide in a report. Exposures never get updated. The offer arrives and gets sent as is.
DouxProcess works every expiration in the book. Ninety days out it pulls the file, asks the client what changed, updates exposures and compares renewal to expiring: premium, limits, deductibles, forms. If the premium moves past your line, it remarkets. The client hears from you first, with options side by side.
Where it stops.
- Every expiration is tracked. Nothing renews unseen.
- Remarkets only past the threshold you set.
- Never sends a renewal proposal without your approval.
- Non-renewal notices are caught the day they reach your inbox and escalated.
- Every renewal step is logged on the policy, start to finish.
Straight answers.
When does the renewal process start?
Ninety days before expiration by default. Larger accounts can start at one hundred twenty. You set it.
What triggers remarketing?
Your number. A ten percent increase, a coverage change, a non-renewal. When it is crossed, the quoting workflow goes to your other markets with the updated information.
Does it collect updated exposures from clients?
Yes. It sends a short questionnaire covering payroll, revenue, vehicles and locations, follows up for the answers and updates the file.
What does the client see?
A clean renewal summary with the options side by side, sent after you approve it. Signatures and payment can be collected in the same step.
Does it work for personal lines?
It is built for commercial P&C first. Personal lines run on the same workflow on request.
